Assembly:
Weave in thread ends on both pieces.  Block both pieces.

Place the wrong sides of fabric together.

With the front piece of the card holder facing you, attach color B to the top left side of fabric  (through both pieces of fabric) using a slip stitch.

Ch. 1 (counts as a sc); sc into each side row (through both pieces of fabric) till end (approximately 32 total sc); bind off.
[remember to sc over the floating color strands at the sides].

Again, holding the fabric with the front side of the card holder facing you.  Attach color B to the bottom right side of fabric (through both pieces of fabric)  using a slip stitch.

Ch. 1 (counts as a sc); sc into each side row (through both pieces of fabric)  till end (approximately 32 total sc); bind off.
[remember to sc over the floating color strands at the sides].

Attach color A to the bottom of the piece using a slip stitch.  Use a children’s needle to stitch bottom pieces together.

Weave in all thread ends .

Sew button to the inside of the back piece.   [I didn’t sew the button. Instead I used color A and knotted the button in place.]

Lightly block piece.

You are finished!  Enjoy.
